A friend who spent some time in Thailand first introduced us to this several years ago...and the flavor and depth of this soy sauce is unparalleled. We've tried many other mushroom soy sauces and none comes close to the deep savory flavor. Only wish shipping wasn't so expensive.

It has an abudance of flavor along with 3.5 times LESS salt than regular Soy Sauce. I now order in lots of 4 to accommodate friends & family. I am hooked on it but I make the finest marinated chicken wings and this is how I got everyone hooked on it. Bonus, ounce for ounce it is fairly cheaper than regular soy sauces.
